1.3 GHz and 2.4 GHz RF Signal Source

For my application to the optimization of : Yagi antennas, loop - Feed Horn - dish - Preamplifiers - RX, etc ... on the bench or outside.
In the past, I‘ve built a  few small RF signal sources of 13 and 23cm with 20mhz crystal and oscillator 40mhz TTL computer. It worked, But:
- Harmonics that interested me was a bit far from what I wanted to 23cm (1200, 1240, 1280 MHz), 13cm was OK ... (2320, 2360 MHz).
- Stability problem.
- Frequencies images generated by the other harmonics.
- Phase Noise .
- Need to add filters.
So, for serious action and not wanting to invest in not portable expensive trading lab equipment, and also used only occasionally,
I went on Stabilized Oscillators PLL fixed frequency from Kuhne DB6NT 1296.1 MHz and 2320.1 MHz.
It will be used for 1296 MHz and 2320 MHz with antenna Biquad - ¼ wave - Load 50 ohms - Attenuators. The power is ON only when battery 9Vdc 300 Ma is connected to the housing for each QRG.
For higher frequencies, I'll see later....! hi
