30 watts 23cm Amplifier

I tried a transistor really cheap for an intermediate amplifier for 23cm.
FUJISTU FLL300-2 L-Band Medium & High Power GaAs FET
Not really expensive (abt 30 $).
No prob, conclusive results: 44.8 dBm Out.
